At ProCash, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request account deletion at any time.

Please mention your registered email / mobile number / username when requesting deletion.
Your account will be permanently removed from our system.
All personal information (name, email, mobile number, etc.) will be deleted.
Pending coins, rewards, or withdrawals (if not processed before deletion) will be forfeited.
Some non-personal data (like logs required for legal, security, or fraud prevention) may be retained as per applicable laws.
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days of submission.
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you wish to use ProCash again, you’ll need to create a new account.
